Please use the SUPPORT option in the navigation menu to report all issues, offer suggestions, or for any account related issues. Issue brought up outside of the SUPPORT area cannot be guaranteed to be addressed.

How do I cancel my account?

To cancel, change, or abandon your account click your profile photo in the top right corner of the FSW Network website, then click “ACCOUNT.”  You then have the option to cancel or abandon your account here.

Please note, cancelling your account will allow you to continue using it until the expiration date but you will not be charged unless you renew at a later date.

Abandoning your account will immediately end your subscription. Only use this option if you do not plan on returning to the FSW Network as once an account is abandoned, we cannot offer refunds and you will have to re-subscribe to continue using the FSW Network.

Please note v1 users may need to contact support in order to cancel if they have a PayPal subscription that is not tied directly to their current account.

I am facing video playback issues. What do I do?

Use the SUPPORT option in the navigation menu. Provide device you are trying to watch on, operating system version, and what exactly is happening. The more details you can provide, the better. Please note we do not claim support for all devices. We will do what we can to ensure your device works, however, we recommend utilizing a Windows or Apple powered computer to watch the FSW Network.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds for subscriptions for any reason other than technical billing issues.

This includes but is not limited to users who sign up for multiple accounts, users whom forget to cancel their reoccurring subscription, or users who decide they do not want a subscription within the first 24 hours of signing up.

What kind of content can I find on the FSW Network?

You will find content from Future Stars of Wrestling and their partners including full events, single matches, original series, specials, and more. We also will host live events and pay per views.

What if the content I want to watch is not on the network?

Chances are we have it, but have not added it yet. Just wait.

One of the shows is missing a match, what gives?

Some shows have been edited for quality purposes and may not be complete.

Why does this show only have one camera angle?

In order to ensure you have content to enjoy, we have uploaded the best quality footage we have at the time. However, we are always re-cutting old raw footage to update shows.

This show has advertisements or branding for a third party site, such as FITE. Why?

While we are working with our partners to secure our footage to upload directly to the FSW Network, in some cases we may have to link directly to the partner’s source.

How often is new content uploaded?

New content is uploaded weekly. From adding classic episodes of your favorite shows, to old and new events. By subscribing to the FSW Network you will never have to worry abut the library staying the same.

How long will it take for new pay-per-view events to arrive on the FSW Network?

Most pay-per-view events will arrive on the FSW Network for subscribers of 6 months and yearly accounts within 1 week. All other subscribers will have access within 2 weeks.

Can I watch the FSW Network on my phone or TV?

We are launching the FSW Network with both iOS and Android mobile applications. There is a roadmap as well to get the FSW Network on your smart TV devices in the near future. Most devices today have the ability to cast to Smart TVs.

However, you Can use your streaming TV’s internet browser to watch by going to https://fswnetwork.online on your television or game console browser.

When I go to a series category, why am I only seeing a few videos?

Series are sorted by years, seasons, or collections. There is a drop down option on the left side of the page that will take you to the rest. This is especially important to know as we add older content in as it will show up under it’s intended season, year, or category.

I get a security warning when browsing the network, what gives?

Occasionally some pages may give false warnings due to automated bots. Please use the contact page and tell us what page you got the error on and what browser you are using.

An advertised live stream is not available/playing when advertised. What gives?

In cetain circumstances outside of our control, live events and/or streams may not happen as scheduled. We typically will post about this over our social media avenues. In most cases we try to get the event added to our On Demand section with 48 hours.
